Enabling TCP/IP Output Streaming

This procedure enables the log applications and ACD Real Time Events streaming to be directed to remote applications. The remote IP application must act as a TCP/IP client.

To view Output Streaming from a remote IP application:

1. Open a Telnet Session.

2. Under PORT select the current socket for the information required.

3. Enter the IP address of the RTC.

NOTES

• If the TCP/IP connection drops, reconnect the client application. There is a maximum 10 connections to each system application.

• Software/Maintenance Telnet ports are no longer supported with MiVB 9.0 and later releases.
